There seems to be an over-reliance on websites for chemical data – please use an appropriate medicinal chemistry textbook, such as “An introduction to medicinal chemistry by Graham L Patrick” and for pharmacology I would recommend “Rang and Dale’s Pharmacology”.
Secondly, some of the data, particularly in your pharmacokinetics section, appears to be from a reference with details METHYLprednisolone. This is not the correct drug – this represents a major issue in your draft.
Finally, I think that your pharmacodynamics/mode of action sections need revision. You have tried to combine too many concepts into these sections and as such, none are covered in sufficient detail or with clarity. Please focus on the action of prednisolone as a corticosteroid and its action on the glucocorticoid receptor.)
