Write a paragraph discussing some barriers you may face when attempting to implement aerobic exercise.  (Ex. it’s raining all week and you don’t want to go outside; you’re lacking motivation, your days are very busy, etc).  You need to identify at least 3 barriers. What are some ways you can alter your training plan or resources you can use to help you engage in the recommended amount of aerobic activity?  This can include ways to keep yourself motivated. Identify at least one modification or alteration for each of the 3 barriers and at least 2 ways to keep yourself motivated or tools you can use to stay on track.
